PH 5142: Stress tolerant with top end yield. Girthy ears with deep kernels and consistent

yield across variable soil types. Dominant performance in the Western Corn Belt and extreme Tar Spot Tolerance. Overall disease tolerance is great but weakness is Grey Leaf Spot.

 

PH 6590: Consistent ears with good tip fill. Widely adapted across variable soil types. A dual purpose hybrid, grain or silage. Maximize yield with fungicide.

 

PH 7387: Very good yield across environments. Good health package and produces deep kernels. A dual purpose hybrid, grain or silage. Reduce population for optimum performance.

 

PH 8290: Outstanding yield in high yield environments. Dual purpose hybrid, grain or silage. Very good grain quality & test weight; food grade potential. Reduce population on poor soils.

 

PH 8904: High yield potential. Food grade potential. Medium-short plant, with girthy ears. Very good test weight with deep kernels. Green snap potential at certain growth stages. Best adapted in the central and east regions. Performs best on well drained soils.

 

PH 8960: Yield leader with eye appeal. Very good disease package. Dual purpose hybrid, grain or silage. Consistent performance across all environments. Widely adapted with good north and south movement.

Wheat Seed 

We offer a variety of high performance wheat seed in both hard and soft winter varieties, treated, untreated, and organic options available. Ask a RVAE representative for the most current lineup of available varieties.

Milo/Grain Sorghum

River Valley Ag Exchange offers red and white milo seed in a variety of maturities. It is offered in both organic and conventional. Ask your RVAE representative for the most current lineup of available varieties.

REPLANT POLICY

Replant Policy

Prairie Hybrid Seed Corn 50% cost of base retail price due to germination or emergence issues. Replant seeds must be planted in 2023 planting season.

 

Return Policy

All seeds must be returned in resellable condition. No open, wet, dirty, damaged, or unsellable bags of seed will be accepted. No treated soybean seed will be accepted. All tags must be attached. No returns on Blue River brand products.

 

Before June 15: We will gladly accept returns on Prairie Seed Corn and RVS soybean seed for a refund of the full purchase price.

 

Until June 30: We will accept RVS soybean seed with a $6 per unit restocking fee. Any returns after July 1 are at the manager’s discretion.
